Owner of Iowa Retirement Benefits and Solutions. Born and raised in Aledo, Illinois. A graduate of Coe College in Cedar Rapids Iowa. Ethan and Brittney live in Mount Vernon, Iowa, with their two young sons, Easton and Jetson, and their Goldendoodle, Noelle. With a decade of experience helping individuals plan for retirement, Ethan is passionate about guiding people toward financial security. In his free time, he enjoys supporting Coe College wrestling, hunting, and spending time outdoors.

Zachary has been in the insurance industry for 8 years now. He grew up in Hazel Green WI and currently resides in Dubuque IA with his fiancé Margaret. He graduated with an Associates Degree in Business Management. Zachary is a member of 100 Men Who Care and volunteers for the local Avery Foundation charity. He is not only passionate about helping people in his professional career but also his personal time and enjoys being active in the community. Zachary enjoys spending time with family, traveling with Margaret, golfing, and attending live sporting events
Keenan Redfearn

Keenan has been helping with pre and post-retirees for 8 years now. He grew up in Hazel Green, WI, and currently lives in Dubuque and enjoys going on walks with his french bulldog, Idgie. He also loves football and being outdoors.
Morgan Fisher
Client Relations Manager
Originally from Riverside, Iowa, Morgan earned her master’s degree from Ball State University before beginning her career in the financial services industry. She now lives in Marion with her fiancé and their dog, Eevee. In her free time, Morgan enjoys cheering on Iowa athletics, traveling, cooking, and diving into the latest true crime podcasts.
Riley Wright

Originally from Eastern Iowa, Riley successfully earned his bachelor’s degree at Coe College. Now calling Cedar Rapids home, he lives with his girlfriend, Shaylee. In addition to his passion for physical activity and boating with family and friends, Riley has returned to Coe College where he is the assistant wrestling coach.
Jeff Carey

Jeff and his family have lived in Eastern Iowa for over 35 years. His background includes a broad background of skills including People Management, Project Management, Information Technology, Business Development, Sales, and Digital Marketing.
In his spare time Jeff enjoys playing guitar, fishing, Cardinal baseball, Packer football, and spending time with family and friends.
